Think you can’t dance? Think again. Learn a simple dance routine to a popular song – each routine has just 6 steps to learn! Upbeat, energetic and laugh-out-loud fun, you’ll find yourself dancing like a pro in minutes!
Folk Dance
Enjoy a delightful mixture of English, Scottish and French folk dances for pairs and groups. Easy to learn and wonderful to do together.
Dance for All
A low impact workshop for people with all levels of mobility. Enjoy gentle movement to music, self-expression, stretching and breathing, and some uplifting laughter yoga exercises. This workshop can be entirely chair-based.
